Website

  • Full refund: If the project has not been started or if the initial design style has not been approved.
  • Partial refund: If there is a failure to deliver as per our delivery policy after the approval of the initial design style. The partial refund will be in proportion to the work completed.
  • No refunds: If the project has been completed and uploaded on the server.

Logo design/brochure design

  • Full refund: If the project has not been started or if the initial design style has not been approved.
  • Partial refund: If there is a failure to deliver as per our delivery policy after the approval of the initial design style. The partial refund will be in proportion to the work completed.
  • No refunds: If the project has been completed and uploaded on the server.

Web programming

  • Full refund: If the project has not been initiated.
  • Partial refund: If there is a failure to deliver as per our delivery policy and contract of agreement. The amount will be calculated based on the proportion of the project completed and the proportion yet to be completed as per the pre-defined scope.

Dedicated Hiring (Offshore staffing solution):

  • Full refund: If the project has not been initiated by the resource or staff.
  • Proportionate refund: In accordance with the amount of work done till the time client decides to cancel the order.
  • No refund: For the time that the services have already been provided.

Web Hosting

  • Yearly contract: No refund will be provided as the payment is made to the third-party hosting provider in advance.
  • Monthly/Quarterly contract: Cancellation requests must be made at least one month in advance before the renewal date. No refund will be made for the remaining period of the hosting contract if the cancellation request is made after entering the contract period.

Domain registrations

  • No refunds will be provided once the booking is complete.

4. Refund Process

The following situations are not

  2. The primary design concept has been approved.
  3. Revisions have been requested.
  4. Urgent design projects are non-refundable.
  5. The cancellation is due to reasons unrelated to the company.
  6. The client is unresponsive or out of contact for more than 2 weeks of the project.
  7. Company policies have been violated.
  8. Another company or designer has been approached for the same project.
  9. The creative brief lacks the required information.
  10. A complete design change has been demanded.
  11. The refund request exceeds the specified time span.
  12. The business is closing or changing its name or business.
  13. Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’, or other non-service-related reasons.
  14. A client subscribes to a service bundle, and the refund will only be applicable to the specific service, not the entire bundle.
  15. No refund can be claimed/processed once the final files have been delivered following your request.
  16. Refunds and revisions explicitly do not apply to items offered for free.
  17. Services including Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances.
  18. For websites, no refund will be entertained once website development has been completed or once the website has been deployed live.
  19. For logo design, no refunds will be entertained once the client has shared positive feedback on revisions and the design is sent for final files.
  20. Refund will not be applicable to work outsourced by a third party.

6. Changes to the Policy
